I was trying out the OBIEE OPatch and was doing a lot of editing on the .bash_profile (LINUX) using GNOME. i got this error after i restarted the system.
After a very long research i found out the FIX for the very irritating error.
Login as ROOT
and run the following command
yum install --enablerepo=extras sabayon-admin
# sayabon
or navigate to
Desktop -> System Settings -> More System Settings -> Desktop User Profiles
create the user profile and restart the LINUX SERVER
