Here are the steps to install the ODI - Oracle Data Integrator in A 32 bit Linux machine.
In my case i am using OEL 5.1
Step 1: Create repository using RCU, find the steps here

Sandeep there are many things you should also consider when installing ODI agent on a linux box.Soft files limit and hard files limit is one of those.If you are doing a file to db integration and will process thousands of file then you should consider the files limit. default open file limit differs on OS level and it should be at least 4096 for Fusion components.
