Follow the steps below to set the default GUI desktop in LINUX
You should have installed KDE in the machine (check the post to find the installation of packages in LINUX)
Navigate to
/etc/sysconfig and OPEN "desktop" file in writer and edit as below.
DESKTOP="KDE"
and
DISPLAYMANAGER="KDE"
You should have installed KDE in the machine (check the post to find the installation of packages in LINUX)
Navigate to
/etc/sysconfig and OPEN "desktop" file in writer and edit as below.
DESKTOP="KDE"
and
DISPLAYMANAGER="KDE"
RESTART the machine and you will have KDE as default GUI interface in LINUX
